Dr. Janat Shah is a Professor of Production and Operations Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB). He is the Chairperson of the Supply Chain Management Centre, IIMB. His interests are in the fields of SC Management, Design of Manufacturing Systems and Project Management. Dr. Chandra Mohan has a Ph.D in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He is the consulting editor with The Hindustan Times, The Financial Express and the Business Editor of The Times of India. Dr. Chandra is also the visiting Professor at the Centre for Management Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia. He has held senior positions in The Times of India, Business India, The Economic Times and The Hindu. Sudarshan Kumar He was a Senior Editor with The Financial Express, New Delhi, and a journalist for over 13 years. He has led large teams in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, and Delhi in various roles with the Indian Express group. Sabu Abraham is an engineer with post graduation in management and has over twenty years of experience in various industries in India, US and Japan. He started his career with the Indian machine tools giant HMT and later moved to the Tokyo based Intersoft to lead their offshore division. Prior to joining Synergia, Sabu was based at San Francisco where he worked for an emerging software company. Sunil Kumar a graduate in Science with an MBA, has a total of 20 years experience in various companies including the global major, Monsanto. He was the India Project Lead for Monsanto’s Global SH Project based at St.Louis, Missouri, USA. Sunil has specific specialist expertise in New Product Development, Project Management, Marketing, and Public Affairs. His industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and industrial chemicals. Raj Chinai has graduated from a dual-degree programme at Harvard Kennedy School and the Kellogg School of Management, where he concurrently earned master’s degrees in both business administration and public policy. He also has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude with the highest honours. Before joining SVB, Chinai was Senior Manager of Business Development at Yahoo. Prior to this, he was an Associate at Bank of America Securities and Manager of International Business Development at Scient. Christabel Singh is a graduate in science with an MBA from Lancaster University Management School. With 7 years of experience in the biopharma industry, her capability spans across new product development projects, business development, procurement, operations and supply chain management in several global biopharma markets. Her current area of research focuses on improving efficiencies in the biopharma value chain. Lavanya Suresh is a gold medallist Commerce Graduate with a Masters in Public Administration and an ongoing Masters in Sociology. Her academic experience was further enriched by a two year training period for the Indian Civil Services. She has specific interest in political science, economics, international affairs and constitutional law. Ann Kurien is a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication. She has over 5 years experience working in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industry.
